Maximize Heat From Steam Radiator

great-grandmother's sofa shredded?

It looks like, right?

The border is in any case such an old flea market finds and was one of the old sewing box.

The "upholstery fabric" was an old hippie pants by Lisa. Frank liked it totally good, but not the fit and the pants were still a flare. Eigenlich I wanted to alter the pants, but that was not so easy. So I removed bags and trouser cuffs and a Kati (Franzis favorite trouser cut) sewed it.

To this, an Antonia with matching my stash, bisl old-fashioned .....

.... and to a fur vest.

finished a vintage hippie outfit. The
without embroidery!
So folks, before you throw away Grandma's sofa cuts, you still get out a piece of the beautiful, soft, worn-brocade fabric and sew something beautiful out of it.

the way, the denim vest and the pink / red jersey of the sleeves are already new fabrics of the season from the Purchasing association of Aladina . Those who have not yet seen ..... I can only recommend you!

Edit: The pattern for the vest is to Pia. I drew the front of a collar and left out the hood. However, I would enlarge the armholes the next time something. Maybe I do it in the waistcoat subsequently, but at the moment is Frank it is not applicable.
The coat I have about 2 inches larger cut, cut and sewn in the corners of the envelope just right. Always nice when sewing the skin back stress, and not sew, you can see anything from behind the seam. Inside I have some skin again drawn from the seam, and there is nothing more to see.
