The following letter I had written because I wanted to ask at the main customs office in the amount that DHL has called for me at the front door mistakenly too much. I modified the letter a little now and I wish to make this version as a template available if you pay too much Do you needed and wanted to recover the amount. You just have the question marks and can replace the letter if necessary rephrase it. I still recommend a letter of complaint sent to Bodyline, that they finally put the shipping costs on the bill!
