Gin Basil Smash

champagne cocktails? Yes they really exist and had been a long time. Some bartenders really came up with the idea of the best known, most expensive to install all sparkling wines in mixed drinks. Although Champagne is perfect in itself, but it was just not necessary with other ingredients to be changed in taste.
But it was already going on with sugar cubes and Aromatic Bitters and up to the Seelbach cocktail and French 75, it was no longer far away. As a Smash is infuse with champagne not so far-fetched as you might think, rather decadent one might suspect.
It does taste, visual and yet easy Trendy.

Here is the recipe:

2 oz Tanqueray Ten Gin (still, a quality gin)
1 cl fresh lime juice
0,75 cl cane sugar syrup
7-8 leaf basil
champagne

approach: the same as in normal Gin Basil Smash, muddle, Shake and fine strain, diesmall into a chilled champagne goblet. So then poured with champagne (Veuve Cliquot in the fall) and a basil leaf as garnish, where the glass.
And voila, Gin Basil Smash Royal
(The times you have to imagine with red basil)
