Hairdressing Uniforms

'm still alive & SpoHo

greetings to the audience!

my sporadic contributions stem from the fact that I rarely have time motivation (the motivation to take time) to write opinion. I'm currently in the holidays a "sensible threshold," which keeps me from sensible things to start to do. Nichtsdestodennoch I read grad here so quickly to the subject:

I was recently at the Cologne Sports University in a very interesting project entitled "Investigation into the burden of the musculoskeletal system in various forms to Lower landing jumps. What that means in Parkour language? We have dropped.

The structure of the experiment is to describe simple:
exists in the sports school a place where there are so-called "force plates. Now if you weight effects on these plates, these can be measured, and a computer are displayed graphically and stored. So you see how high the levels in the soil, and therefore both the musculoskeletal system (Action = reaction), is. But not only that, you can also see the entry angle and lateral forces.

What is more, a construction which is built around the plate:
pole scaffolds are to neatly mathematically in a room to multiple infrared cameras that can simultaneously receive and infrared light. Why bother? Motion-capture.
What many of you is a term used in computer games and animation films was undoubtedly made with us. At certain bones and joints of the body were glued with super glue small "disco balls", which reflect the infrared light. After the GPS method (trigonometry), one could now therefore, on the variety of cameras to determine each time when the three-dimensional space, the respective, selected point of articulation is, and so capture the musculoskeletal system in three dimensions.

The jumps themselves were varied greatly. Each first attempt was jumped in the state, landed with a knee bend that is similar motion. The respective second jump was "diverted", that is continued in the race, eg the assistance of the hands. The third experiment was stopped rolling.

the tricky leap to the respective bodies, was the variation of height and width of crack. It started relatively easily, and I should of had a box of about 1 m high, and initially about 50 cm from the obstacle was removed, jump. This was then pushed back, and thus the distance to the obstacle increases (to about 1.5 m). This was repeated again, until we reached a distance of three meters.
The same procedure was repeated with a box construction of about 2m high.

The worst cracks were clearly the high jump to the maximum and minimum distances. First, you had to fall 2m deep, and roll forward without energy security. Here were distributed throughout the body, these small "set" adhesive disco balls, and once even a landing leaves the body, the test is considered invalid. So it does schweineweh, if you roll when rolling over one of these beads. I had a few bruises ...

And the only jump that I was completely impossible, was the longest, highest jump without redirection of energy, and without unrolling. Height of two meters, three meters distance, like a precision landing. Apart from the fact that the standard distances for me only by the difference in height is possible, you have to end up in such a way that the entire foot is on the (small!) Force plates. I got the thing all the time (mentally, for whatever reason) tried to jump as a precision jump, and my balls were actually on the force plates, but often not each foot on the space provided half of the plate, or my heel sticking out over the plates flew away, or I tipped slightly forward of, or the disco balls, or, or, or ...
We have made an attempt in retrospect, where almost everything was right except for the fact that I had to brace his hands easily (I tipped forward to) use.

This was after about 30 of these jumps ... the muscles you can imagine ...

have all these things we made half-naked to the disco balls adhere well to the skin, and equipped with the Kalenji Ekiden, so that each subject has a level playing field. Then we were still measured (arm length, Leg length, head width blabla, EVERYTHING) and were scanned shortly in biometrics with a laser. Thus we have also received a three-dimensional image of our body. Looked interesting from!

So much for the whole thing! I'm looking forward to what the whole jumping results, if that helps roll the extent of the burden in such jumps are actually (saw it briefly in after more than 10 times the body weight load), and other test results. If I do something new, do I's in here!
