Saturday Warein friendly bartender with a buddy as our guests. Only an aperitif cocktail made and eaten well, we went further ahead at the bar with cocktails. Only all true to the motto 'Sour' - a rodeo for the beginning, then it went to New York and then the order came:
"Two Red Eye then please!"
Everyone knows it? No, never seen the movie cocktail? this is the Signature Cocktail of the film. Fits naturally in a Flair / TGI Fridays Film dominant mode to add such a drink.
So true, my colleagues after the award of the order:
"Do you know how to get a bartender to cry!"
"Two red eye!"
Okay, we do not have wept but had to make our fun to drink and watch the two while drinking, a few guests bet but really to drink if they do it the cocktail.
Here is the recipe:
Pilsener glass to 2 / 3 filled with beer
Pour in tomato juice until almost full
a complete clean-finished raw egg
So basically the perfect Corpse Reviver cocktail for the morning after, true to the Slogan "Hair of the Dog" and this also requires the revival of a classic cocktail ingredient in the egg!
